K5plan helps elementary teachers generate editable lessons, activities, and practice materials from standards and focus topics. Features may change as we improve the product. Preview or development builds are provided as-is.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before classroom use and adapting it to your students, curriculum, and district policies.
• Do not upload unlawful content, student personally identifiable information you are not authorized to process, or material that infringes others’ rights.
• Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account once sign-in is enabled.

3. Intellectual property

Pixel Factory, LLC owns K5plan’s branding, software, and documentation. Subject to these terms, you retain rights in the lesson materials you create with the tool for your educational use. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content only as needed to provide the service.

4. Disclaimers

Generated materials are starting points, not guarantees of curriculum alignment, accessibility compliance, or student outcomes. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Factory, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of K5plan.
