Our promise

K5plan is built for teachers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers. We collect only the minimum needed to run the product and protect the security of your account.

What we collect

• Account basics — such as email and display name — when accounts are enabled, solely to identify you and secure sign-in.
• Lesson content you create — so you can save, reopen, and edit your materials.
• Security & reliability signals — limited technical logs (for example, approximate access times or error events) used only to prevent abuse and keep the service working.

While the app is in early development, much of this data may remain in your browser’s local storage on your device rather than on our servers.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your classroom content to train public AI models for unrelated products.
• We do not share personally identifiable information with third parties except as required to operate core infrastructure (for example, a future auth or payment provider) under strict contractual limits — or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of account data once server-side accounts are live. Until then, clearing this browser’s storage for K5plan removes locally saved lessons and profile details on that device.
